A college football coach should know what it takes to win at the highest level.
You don’t need to have an A-plus rating or be a first-time head coach to be an elite recruiter.
It doesn’t have to be hard.
The coaching profession is a tough one to master.
You have to develop a relationship with a player and have a relationship to a program.
You need to make sure that your players have the right attitude, the right environment and the right mentality to win.
But what does it take to win?
That’s what I wanted to do in this interview, but I have to admit that I didn’t quite have the answers.

Being the first man in a room.
How long has it been since you’ve had a chance to sit down with a student-athlete?
I have a lot of respect for the student-academy players, but to sit there and hear their thoughts on the field is just as important as the actual game.
There’s so much about being in the building that you have to respect.
You’ve got to understand where they’re coming from, where they want to go, what they’re going to do, what the team needs.
You also have to know where the players are coming from.
That’s why you have a meeting with the student leaders every morning.
They have to understand the way you want to coach.
You can’t sit down and tell them what to do.
That takes a lot.
The next thing is you have got to know the team’s mindset, what you want your team to do and how you want the players to play.
Then you have the coaching.
I think it’s important to understand what they want, but then to coach them and get them to play their best football.
I’ve been a coach in college football for over a decade, but there are things that I never really learned about it.
For me, being the first person in the room with a kid is a good start.
But then there’s the more complicated stuff, like how to communicate with players and what your role is in your team.
I’m not a big proponent of having a big, bad conversation, but that’s what the meetings are for.
They’re for me to have a dialogue with the players, to talk about what they think and why they’re thinking that way.
When you’ve got that kind of communication, you have that trust in the players.
That will build a relationship and a bond.
I like to have that.
The most important thing I’ve learned is that players really want to win, but you’ve also got to be able to coach well.
So how do you get better at coaching?
I think the biggest thing I think is that you learn from people who have been successful.
I love what Bill Belichick has done.
I always think he’s the most intelligent man I’ve ever met in the game.
He’s a perfectionist.
He never stops working on his craft.
He doesn’t waste time or time thinking about what’s next.
He gets it done.
That really comes through in the way he works.
But I’ve got a lot to learn.
So that’s why I’ve worked really hard at being the person who is going to bring out the best in people.
Developing relationships with your players.
How do you do that?
How do I get the best out of my players?
There are a lot people who work at being great football coaches.
You want to have good relationships with the coaching staff, the coaches, the players and with the parents.
The biggest thing is getting to know your players and then working together to develop the relationship.
It’s a good relationship and you want people who are going to give you the best.
But it’s also a relationship you have with your student-adults, who have to feel that you want them to be good football players.
I do believe that when you have relationships with both sides, you develop a better relationship with the kids.
It helps them develop better self-esteem.
It builds confidence.
When they see that they’re really capable of something, they don’t go into it thinking, This is impossible.
They go in thinking, We can do it. 3.
Being a leader.
How does your approach to leadership change with your success?
I’ve found that the biggest difference is that now, the most important person in my life is the coach.
Now I have an opportunity to be involved in the process.
Now the coach is the one that has to decide what happens.
It makes me feel like, You know what?
I can’t make this decision for this team.
That gives me an opportunity now to be the person that can make the decision, rather than being the one who has to make it.
