Students at the University of Dayton are set to go from a $12,000 per year scholarship to one of the nation’s highest.
The new scholarship program for Ohio State University is being introduced to students and alumni in the fall.
The Ohio Department of Higher Education says the scholarships will cover tuition, room and board, living expenses, and other expenses for up to a year.
It’s the first time that students will receive a scholarship from the state.
The university is now accepting applications for the 2017-2018 academic year.
The scholarship will be available to undergraduates and graduate students for the fall of 2019.
Ohio State University students who want to go to the University for an undergraduate degree can apply for the scholarship.
For graduate students, students can apply online.
In the fall, the scholarship will cover up to $12.5 million in tuition and living expenses.
This is up from the $12 million scholarship Ohio State announced last fall.
